Looking for the best advice on where to eat, shop, stay and play? Ask a Downtown Ambassador! Dressed in blue and yellow, the Metropolitan Improvement District’s Downtown Ambassadors are your on-street concierge team and can provide you with lots of great information about Downtown Seattle.

Have immediate questions? Visit one of the information booths below or call the Seattle Visitor Center at (206) 461-5840.

Several information booths can also be found throughout Downtown Seattle:

  • Pike Place Market Information Center (1st Ave & Pike St) - Daily, 10am-6pm
  • Visitor Information Center, Washington State Convention Center lobby (7th Ave & Pike St) – Daily, 9am-5pm
  • Westlake Park Information Booth (401 Pine St) – Daily, 11am-6pm*
  • Occidental Square Information Booth (Occidental Ave S & South Main St) – Tuesday-Saturday, 11am- 6pm*

*Booths will be closed during inclement weather.
