2007 Seattle Sandfest is a Downtown Seattle neighborhood program organized by the Metropolitan Improvement District (MID) Retail Core Marketing Committee. The MID provides safety, hospitality, cleaning, marketing, and research services designed to enhance the Seattle metropolitan environment.
