The Downtown Development Guide, updated twice a year, lists Center City Seattle buildings that are either under construction; planned and formally permitted; or completed within the most recent calendar year.

This economic profile provides statistics and analysis on Seattle’s key economic health indicators. These pages are updated each winter as part of the State of Downtown program.

Neighborhood Profiles   Data & Publications
 

Neighborhood Profiles provide the most current demographic data on 10 of Downtown’s distinct neighborhoods. The Neighborhood Profiles include the most current census estimates, workforce statistics, street-level business inventories and detailed analysis on each neighborhood.


 

The Data and Publications Library contains reports produced and published by the Downtown Seattle Association, Metropolitan Improvement District and Commute Seattle. Frequently requested reports include the annual State of Downtown Economic Report and the DSA’s Annual Report.

Three times per year, MID measures pedestrian traffic volumes at fourteen sites across Downtown. Resulting data provides an in-depth look at traffic flow trends across seasons, times of the day and key geographical points Downtown.

Blockpicker   Employer Commute Services
 

The interactive Blockpicker map provides details on street-level businesses throughout Downtown Seattle and adjacent neighborhoods. Find restaurants, shops, services and more, all at the touch of a button.

 

Downtown Seattle Association has teamed up with King County Metro and the City of Seattle to form Commute Seattle. Commute Seattle works with Downtown employers, property owners and property managers to provide an array of customized commute services that help increase access to, through, and from the Center City.
