Residential
- In 2007 there were 1,864 residential units completed in Center City including 901 apartment units and 963 condominium units.
- In 2006 there were just 1,575 residential units completed in Center City.
- As of October 2007, there were 4,465 residential units under construction in Center City including 1,658 apartment units and 2,807 condominium units. Of these, 176 units are low income apartment units and 337 are senior housing.
- The neighborhood with the largest number of residential units under construction is Denny Triangle with a total of 1,889 units of which 603 are apartments and 1,286 are condominiums.

- In October 2007, the average rent for apartments in Center City was $1,244; in City of Seattle was $1,057; and in King County was $1,001.
- There were 37,320 housing units in Center City, 13% of total housing units in the City of Seattle in 2006.
- Center City occupied housing is 16% owner occupied; 84% rentals.
- As of March 2007, there were 10,366 existing units of subsidized housing units in Center City Seattle.


Dupre+Scott boundaries are:
Belltown - Broad St and Mercer St to the north, E Olive Way and 4th Ave to the east, Alaska Way to the west, and S. Jackson St to the south. The census tracts are: 72, 73, 80.01, 80.02, 81, and 92.
First Hill - 4th Ave to the east, Olive Way to the north, Broadway to the west, and Yesler Way to the south. The census tracts are: 82, 83, 84, and 85.
These two sets of boundaries along with the Capitol Hill/Eastlake boundaries encompass the majority of Center City.
