Capitol Hill
Capitol Hill is the most densely populated neighborhood in all of Seattle. An eclectic mix of families, young professionals and students call this neighborhood home, and enjoy a thriving retail and restaurant community to match their needs. A number colleges and universities keep the neighborhood fresh and busy, including Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle Central Community College and Seattle University.

Denny Triangle
Connecting the Retail Core to Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood, Denny Triangle is one of Downtown's fastest growing areas. First Hill
First Hill is literally Seattle’s first neighborhood where pioneer families established roots, and left behind a rich history of classic homes, gardens and churches. Today, some of the world’s most respected medical and research institutions including Swedish Hospital and Virginia Mason Medical Center call First Hill their home.

International District
The neighborhood just east of Pioneer Square is where generations of Asian immigrants first arrived in Seattle. It is the ideal area to find the city’s most diverse mix of authentic Asian cuisine and a lively international flavor in the many shops, markets and Asian-influenced public art throughout the district.

Seattle Waterfront
The Waterfront is Seattle’s gateway to the rest of the world. Take a cruise to some foreign land, or take a ferry ride to a Puget Sound island. Or just stick around and experience the spectacular views of Elliott Bay and enjoy fresh seafood. Visit the Seattle Aquarium (www.seattleaquarium.org) or stop by one of the many unique businesses and pick up a courtesy umbrella to use during your visit.

South Lake Union
Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood spans north from Denny Way to the southern shores of Lake Union and is bound by I-5 on the east and Highway 99 on the west. Once full of warehouses and light industrial buildings, South Lake Union is fast becoming the hub for Seattle’s biotech community. Additionally, Amazon will soon open its brand new Seattle campus in South Lake Union. These new developments will be greeted by a host of up-and-coming restaurants, coffee shops and retailers who have recently moved into the fast-growing neighborhood.
